1 mile is such a huge deal for me right now. I am so thrilled that God made such a beautiful day today, He's so gracious and good. I made a running plan that kicked off today!
I started the mile and wanted to quite before I even got to .25 mile. My lower back on my right side {where I had the tumor removed} was hurting pretty bad.
I slowed my pace and decided to press on...
0.50 mile I pressed on...
0.75 mile I was running slower than a snail but I kept running!!!!
I am so proud of my 14:45 mile!!!
What a HUGE victory!
