We've been getting emails lately about a local archery tournament that is in our area. It is hosted at Outdoor America {the place where we purchased our bows}.

Well, I got a wild idea that we should go. Jeremiah was actually off of work this morning and I thought it would be fun to try something new...

It was so fun!!! By the end of the tournament we had shot at least 60 arrows!!! It was such great practice and a whole lot of fun.

The idea was to try to get as many points as possible. There were a total of 300 points possible. You also got credit for every "X" that you hit on the target. The "X" is the center of the Bullseye.

Here is Jeremiah's score card: 285 out of 300 & 18 Bulls eye
Here's my score card: 223 out of 300 & 3 Bulls eye
It got much easier as the morning progressed. I also got more confidence the longer we shot! It was a very fun experience.
