The patio door was next on our {to do list}. It had been damaged by dogs {several owners} ago.
It was crucial to replace this before the vinyl siding gets installed. Not only was it severally damaged but it opened into the wall. Anytime that we would let Ruger in or out of the house he would rake his body up against the wall.
We wanted to purchase a door that opened in the center and allowed Ruger to go in and out from the middle of the door instead of having to {hug the wall}.
This was an absolute {nightmare} because the door fit into the opening but there was NO wiggle room. Jeremiah ended up having to cut part of the stud out of the wall in order to get the door square inside the opening. We worked on the install for about 12 hours. Ugg...
Anyway, we are so happy with the finished product and thrilled that it is FINISHED!!! Aside from the trim {that we will put on in a few days} the hard part is finished.
