Jeremiah and I spent a lovely afternoon walking around Lake Atalanta Bike Trails.  We couldn't believe it whenever we saw a raccoon 3 feet off of the trail.  It refused to move, so we knew it was sick and we didn't get too close.  Jeremiah was able to snap this photo right before we spooked 2 deer on the trail.

It was such a beautiful weekend... Jeremiah built a little fire in our backyard and we enjoyed watching the stars in the warmer weather.  We can't believe that our Little Lydia will be here in about 10 weeks.  This pregnancy has gone by very quickly and we have enjoyed every single minute of it! We're so grateful to have this opportunity.  Every child is such a miracle, and we believe that God has a plan for her life.

Jeremiah drew a Turkey Tag through the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.  The offer a lottery if you want to hunt on public land.  It was his first year to put in for it and they drew his name!  It is not quite time for him to go turkey hunting but we spent a few hours Saturday morning scouting and calling.  It was a fun experience, as neither one of us has ever turkey hunted before!

We spent Saturday afternoon looking over this beautiful land in Madison County.  To be quite honest, we fell in love with it.  It is a beautiful piece of property that we are considering purchasing.  There's so much planning that will have to go into this decision; this is the first time that Jeremiah has actually wanted to move forward after looking at property [and we have looked at a lot of property over the years!]  We will see what God has in store.  Whenever we were scouting around on the land, we found an old deer skull by the pond.
