Postpartum Running Plan

The last time that I ran in a race was October 14, 2014.  I would like to complete a 5K this year; the same year that I gave birth to Lydia.  I know it will help me mentally and physically.  I can't wait to show myself and my daughter what a 40-year-old body can accomplish!
