[17-19] Jude encourages
the believers to remain faithful. He
reminds them they had been warned about these individuals. Their entire purpose is to satisfy their own
evil desires. They create division among
believers. They follow their own
instincts [they do what they want to get their way and push their own agenda]. They are unbelievers. God does not indwell these types of
individuals; they rule their own lives.
They have not submitted their lives to God [Romans 8:5-9].
