5K...
last night I reluctantly went to CrossFit knowing full well that (once again) we would be running the dreaded 5K.
Small Changes...
well, much to my (and everyone else's) astonishment I SHAVED OFF almost 3 whole minutes from my time!!!
Big Changes in Thinking...
It truly was exhilerating!!! Now, I am kinda' looking forward to the next WOD that says "5K."
