Often times we question God whenever things don't go the way that we "saw them going." It seems like there are numerous things happening in our lives (and in the lives of those around us) that absolutely does not make sense.
I ran across this scripture a few months ago, whenever I was comforting a friend that is also struggling with infertility. I challenge you, as I challenged myself then, to trust God through all circumstances.
Sometimes Christ puts us through the fire, so that we can give-away the same comfort that He has given to us!
2 Corinthians 1:3-5
"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows."
